Q: How long should I expect to wait for an answer to any question I send you?
A: 48 hours at the most but usually within 24.

Q: Who are you?
A: We are a small business run by 1 person who make latex clothing and accessories. We take influences from sweet lolita, pin up, and military styles. We do a wide range of off the rack designs, we also undertake custom orders which are never, ever re-produced.

Q: Where are you based?
A: Sheffield, UK.

Sizing

Q: Is it possible to get made to measure garments from you?
A: Yes we have a made to measure service which is free of charge.

Q: What sizes do you have available?
A: XS (UK6), S (UK 8-10), M (UK12), L (UK14). We do not make clothes above a size UK14.

Ordering

Q: How do I order from you?
A: At present all orders will have to be made via email or via our eBay store. To order via email you need to get in touch with any information you have about the garment you wish to order along with any size information. We will then get in touch with you and sort everything out.

From March you will be able to order any garment straight off the website using our new web store.

Q: How is payment taken for an order?
A: Via paypal or personal cheque. If you are unable to pay by either of these methods, please e-mail me to see if it is possible to arrange an alternative method

Delivery

Q: How will my garments be packaged?
A: Usually in a bubble lined envelope. However, some accessories such as fascinators are packaged in cardboard boxes.

Hello Dolly believe in doing our bit to save the planet and re-uses envelopes provided they are in a suitable condition so please do not be offended if you're item arrives in a recycled envelope

Q: How will my item get to me? (Royal Mail, Parcel Force...)
A: We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for items up to £35 in value and Royal Mail Special Delivery for items over £35 in value. Both Recorded and Special Delivery will require a signature when delivered.

Q: How long will it take for my items to get to me?
A: It usually takes around 2 weeks for an item to be made up once your order has been placed, although this is not always the case. If you require your order for an event ahead of the 2 week time frame please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to get your order to you in time for it.

Q: I'm based near to you, is it possible to pick my items up by hand?
A: Yes, I can arrange to meet in Sheffield City Centre.
